Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 2335 12th Avenue in West Harlem, Manhattan. Located between West 133rd and West 134th streets, the lot is near the 137th Street-City College subway station, which is served by the 1 train. Javier Martinez of Artifact is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 120-foot-tall development will produce 74,462 square feet, with 64,773 square feet designated for residential space and 9,689 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 86 residences, likely rents based on the size of the average 753-square-foot unit. The concrete-based structure will also have a basement, but no additional parking.
