Some social media users complained about long delays while waiting for their luggage, while others posted similar images of luggage crammed into the terminal. On Friday night, a Heathrow spokesman told local media that the technical problem had been resolved, but that several passengers who left Terminal 2 earlier on Friday “may have traveled without their luggage”.
